Description
**Experienced Home needed will buck with someone inexperienced or nervous**
Slightly pigeon toed.
Still available through no fault of his own, he has now been ridden a number of times after the winter off, really hasn't put a foot wrong, hacked out on his own from a location he has never hacked in before, has been ridden gently in a school in walk and trot again without incident. He will easily be brought back into full work.

10 year old gelding, still green but bags of potential.
Available due to loss of sharer and change in working hours.

Fred is lovely to handle from the ground, my 8 year old leads him and my very nervous 12 year old rode him walk and trot in the school last winter, hes good out hacking hacks alone or in company goes first or last and never known to get fizzy.
Will stop and look or pop the odd shy in but nothing you wouldn't expect from a youngster.
I believe he's had a nasty experience in the school as when he's 1st brought back into work or had any longer than a week off he will put a buck or leap in. I've never fallen off him because of it but due to this I would want him to go to an experienced home so sorry no novices.
Having said that I do beleive with consistency and regular schooling her will soon get over it as when he was school daily last year it stopped after a week and could be a fantastic mother/daughter share.

Piebald Cob 14'2" 8 years old, backed and riding away on the forest but lack of time forces sale.
We have owned Pie since he was weened. He is kind natured, strong and wilful like most cobs.
He is green and has done very little. We have taken him to one show in hand where he was placed an ridden in company on the forest.
Loads in a lorry or a trailer an travels well
He lives out 24/7 an is a very good do'er.
Pie would make a great ride and drive in the right knowledgable hands, great weight carrier.
Any questions please ask.
£750 ono home more important.

Description
Hector is a 13hh New Forest type pony. He is rising 6 and has just been professionally backed. He is good with the farrier and shows no vices. Hector loves to be groomed and get attention. He is a bit of a foodie but shows great potential for the show ring. I am looking for a kind home with other horses. the rider must have experience with young horses as although there have been no issues through his backing he needs a knowledgable and affectionate home who can support him if he gets nervous. Long term loan with a view to sale to the right home. I can assure any takers that they will fall for this affectionate little pony.

Long term loan with a possible view to sale. Ajax is a 13.1 new forest type pony rising 6 years, just backed and ready to move on. He would suit a small adult or confident competent teen. Ajax is a completely blank canvas who has been professionally backed and shows no vices and could go far with a sound start. He is good with the farrier and seems curious rather than fearful when presented with new experiences. His new home should be experienced and knowledgable and offer him other equine companions.

Description
Hi! My name is Beejay. I’m a 26 year old 16’2” thoroughbred x New Forest schoolmaster. I have had a fantastic competition career which ended a few years ago. Since then, I have been pottering about in the Hampshire countryside and keeping my hoof in in the arena.
Last year, I started tripping up when out on hacks so I have had to stop doing those, which is such a shame because I love them. However, I still love my work and enjoy the opportunity to show off in the school. The only problem is that no one has enough time to ride me at the moment. As a result, recently, there have been some times when I have been stiff or lame, but I am pretty sure that I will be okay if I can stay in light work.
Currently, I live in a yard in Shedfield with my mate Frankie. However, my mum is struggling to look after us both and could do with some help.
Ideally, I am looking for a new home where I can spend my retirement. I love going out in the field but would be very happy to have a nice warm stable to sleep in during the winter. I am good with other horses and would make a friendly companion or part of a herd. I am not sure how much ridden work I can still do but would love the opportunity to give it a go. I have just had my shoes taken off so I need to start gently.
If you were able to take me on long term loan you could simply take on my costs but I would need to stay nearby my current yard in Hampshire where my mum and friends can visit me. I am adorably mischievous and my favourite things are back scratches, pulling funny faces and treats!
If you might have a home for me, please email my friend Emma-Christine (E-C) on eece@cantab.net.

16.2hh Tb, 13yrs, Light Bay, Ex-racehorse, £1500

Bear is an absolute gent and would make a fantastic all rounder, hunter or RoR competition horse for a fairly confident rider. He hacks beautifully alone and in company. He would suit both female and male riders. Great with traffic, farrier, loading, etc.

Since retiring from racing he has hunted, had some cross-country schooling and been to a couple of show jumping lessons and competitions. He is still quite green to these things but very responsive, learns fast and enjoys doing it. He can get a little excited when we go into a field and may do a happy buck. Just one.

Having raced, he will not be suitable for a dressage only home.

He must go to a 5 star home. A very sad sale, but I no longer have time for him due to a change of family circumstances. This is a project for someone as he is currently in a field doing nothing and needs bringing on again.

Description
She is about 13.3/14hh 9 years old chunky Chestnut Roan - New Forest/Appaloosa X. She is a sensitive soul and is not good in traffic (especially large and fast traffic) so she ideally needs to go somewhere where where road work is minimal. I have had her since she was 6 months old so this is a really hard decision for me. She has not done much in the last 2/3 years as I had a freak accident on her (if you are interested in her I can fill you in as to what happened) As I am an older rider I feel she is just too sharp for me to take the risk of riding her out on the road again.

I have been riding her in the field over the last few weeks and have also been lunging her and considering she had not been ridden properly for a considerable length of time she was very well behaved. When I was riding her she was always a fun forward going ride and thoroughly enjoyed herself as soon as she was off the road away from traffic. I nearly always had to ride out on my own so she never had the confidence from another horse - I therefore feel she would benefit from having a nanny horse to give her some confidence on the road.

I was hoping that she would take over from my old boy when I retired him but alas this is not to be. She is a bit grumpy sometimes and pretends to bite or wave a leg at you when brushing her - she treats it as a bit of game - but I just have to give her one of my looks and a stern “dont even think about it” and she looks as if butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth.

I am sure that would do really well with a confident teenager who can give her plenty of exercise and give her something to think about. She has jumped in the past with a friend and thoroughly enjoyed it — She is barefoot at the moment but she has had fronts on in the past. She is up to date with teeth and vaccinations - She did develop slight sweet itch last year - but this year I have had a rug on her early and sprayed her daily with neem oil mix and touch wood she is fine so far. She is too much fun to be stuck in a field with nothing to do so if you think you could offer her a loving home please contact me. She is passported and microchipped. She is a very good doer so needs to have restricted grazing.

£500 ono She will come with her sweet itch rug - other tack negotiable

13.2h Welsh Part-Bred Dun Pony

'Nutbourne Funny Girl'

Currently being wasted in the field. Been out of regular work for around 6m. She was my daughters first pony, (sadly now outgrown) although she's definitely more suited as a 2nd/3rd pony. Hacks alone or in company, and has a fantastic jump. She's much happier when she's in regular work. She loads fine, is barefoot and can ride bitless or with a bit. She turns heads wherever we go.

I feel she would excel in a showing or competitive home, or would be an excellent addition to a breeding programme.

With time and trust, she has so much to give.

£800 Ono. Home is much more important than price. With this in mind we would consider LWVTB.

Description
For SALE. No Loans. No Loans with a view to buy. No time waters.

Beautifully put together and extremely well bred, elegant 4yr old, Chestnut, Thoroughbred, 16hh, mare for SALE. Sire - Shirocco (GER), Dam - Canouan (IRE) by Sadler's Wells (USA)

Vaccinated, passported, microchipped, regularly wormed, wolf teeth removed and teeth rasped, regular with the farrier. She has no vices stable or otherwise, lives in or out with mares and geldings and is generally towards the bottom of the pecking order. She is a very friendly mare, a delight to handle and is good to catch, clip, box and trim.

She was backed last year and turned away for the winter. We had just started bringing her back into work two months ago when she threw a hind splint in the field. It has been checked by a vet and appears to be healing well to the point that she is nearly sound again (see video). However she is now so far behind our other youngsters training wise, we are looking to sell her as a Project or Brood mare as she will need a bit more time for the splint to settle completely. She is a maiden mare but is very regularly in season and loves the attention of the boys. We are totally gutted as she is a truly lovely horse with exceptional movement in all paces.

Good home sought. £2750. ono Tel 07725594963

Description
* 6 yrs old
* Aprox 16h
* backed but been turned away
* wormed and vaccinated up to date
*passportef
* can come with tack at additional cost

Twiglet turned 6 in march. I've had her since she was two after having flat raced a few times. I lightly hacked her out for two years always in company (usually riding her and leading my other horse) she was always forward going and usually quite bold and happy to lead. We lunged and schooled regularly and also starts some pole work. Unfortunately I had to move yards and no longer have safe enough hacking for her as I have to cross a main road, resulting in her having had just over a year off to Finnish growing and mature. She is well handled and quite used to having rugs changed while eating her breakfast in the stable as well as out in the field. She is also used to dogs

Unfortunately I don't have the time or help to give her what she needs.I feel she could go a long way in the right experienced hands as she has shown so much potential. When she was in work she had three very nice paces.

I have been messed around a few times by people now so serious inquires only

£1500

13.3 Irish cob gelding. 16 years old ride and drive (however hasn't been driven for about 5 years)
He has done minimal work recently due to the fact the owner hasn't been able to ride due to illness hence why he is being sold as a project as he would need a bit schooling to ease him back into regular work again.
Is a good to hack out alone or in company, but does lack confidence on his own, can be sharp at times and will throw the odd buck when fresh or excited but nothing more than a flick really, hence would not be suitable for a novice. he is good in traffic and on the leadrein with children walking and trotting. Very kind hearted pony. Loves attention, never bitten or kicked etc.
He is good on the ground to handle and used to dogs and young children.
He is up to date with the jabs, teeth and worming. Only has front shoes on and copes fine. Is a good doer and currently lives out all year round. Has no health concerns.
His only vice is that he does take time to load. He is not dangerous or nasty he just plants himself. Once he is in he is fine it's just needs patience to get him in.
With all of the above in mind we are only asking £500 for him to include some tack and rugs.
Please phone for more info. He has been with us for nearly 5 years so looking for forever home. Home is more important than price so I am open to offers for the right person.

Looking for an experienced home to further Buddy's education - he is a 4 yr old 13 .1hh rescue pony from Malta purchased for my young daughters to learn to ride on. Sadly he has proved not to be suitable for my girls as he needs to learn as much as they do!

Buddy is a very affectionate pony who loves to be in human company, but he does need to learn some ground manners. He has hacked out with my horse with no trouble at all, we have not had the opportunity to take him out alone. On the flat he needs to improve his balance and confidence, he has jumped in his previous home, but not with us.

This past winter he lived out with my gelding and has proved to be a good doer. He is up to date with farrier, wormer and vaccinations and is good to load, catch and will stand well for the farrier.

We have now purchased a more suitable pony for my daughters and I am hoping to find Buddy a loving, consistent and more knowledgeable home with someone who has the time to help him reach his potential.

£700 ono for this lovable chap.
Tack and rugs are available under separate negotiation

Description
15.2 10 yr old grey PRE esponal ( pure Spanish horse) mare.

Spanish hacks out on her own or with company.
She schools nicely and happily goes in a outline she is still green is a bit unbalanced in canter in the school but is very willing and will always try for you she is forward going but does have brakes. She is very soft in the
Mouth.
I recently started to teach Spanish to jump she has picked it up very quickly and seems to enjoy it and has a nice neat and carful jump. Never stopped and has a nice pase going into the jump.
Spanish would do a very nice dressage test or pop a little courseoif jumps.
Spanish is very well breed on her dads side (dressage)
Spanish can be spooky and can be tense when you first get on but she soon settles down with in a few minutes.
Spanish is a very sweet mare and wouldn't do anything to hurt anyone.
Spanish currently lives out with a herd of mares.
Spanish loads, good to be shod, good to be clipped was a bit nervous for the first time but did not need to be sedated.
Spanish is upto date with vaccinations, just been shod, just had her teeth done & her back also done.
Spanish is up for sale due to no fault of her own I don't have enough time to bring her on.
Spanish needs a experience rider as she is green and can be spooky but will make a lovely horse once someone has put the time and work in. I am in no rush to sell her so a expensive rider is a must for this lovely mare. This is a extremely hard decision. Please contact me if Interested. Home is more important than price. Thanks you
Spanish is currently out of work so she is sold as seen.
