Description

Teddy - approx 15.2, 7 year old ISH gelding full breeding recorded by Watervalley Cool Diamond.

Where do I start with Teddy! It’s impossible to say anything bad about him as he is the most genuine, kind little soul who only wants to please. He has a very easy going personality and is a real trier.

Teddy has competed in riding club activities, training shows, fun rides, hunter trails and hunted in Ireland. Hacks alone or in company, good in traffic and in open spaces. Flatwork he’s green but willing and really tries to figure out what’s being asked of him. Loves his jumping, keen to a fence but not stupid, sees a stride from a mile out and has you covered! Just point in the direction of travel and he’s doing his job. Bold and brave XC.

I cannot stress enough how lovely he is to have around. Totally chilled on the yard, can be left until last to bring in/turn out. He just waits his turn with no drama. Loves a fuss and really deserves to be someone’s number 1.

Good to catch, shoe, clip, load.
£10,750

Please WhatsApp for videos 07581238106.
Located Farnham Surrey.
Passed 5 stage vetting before import, just been shod and clipped.

Description

Sad sale of beautiful 2015 16.2 Thoroughbred Gelding by Imperial Monarch out of Galileo.

Funway Monarch (Solly) retired from racing around 3 years ago and since then has had a varied life. Unfortunately due to a change in job he has been out of full time work for around 6 months. I have hacked him out a few time since then and he has been an angel every time.

Solly is good to hack alone or in company. Will go in front or behind and is Excellent in traffic.

Solly has 3 lovely paces and has started to learn lateral work. He is snaffle mouthed at all times and works in a lovely outline. He is also starting to learn flying changes which he is learning very quickly. Solly has been out to a couple of unaffiliated dressage events where he was beautifully behaved in a busy warm up arena as well as receiving some lovely comments from the judges. He has also placed at unaffiliated prelim level.

Solly loves his jumping. He’s bold over a variety of fences and confidently jumps fillers, water trays, planks etc. He has been out to many jump clinics and lessons in the last 18 months. He has also been out cross country schooling where he was confident over all fences. Goes through the water, over ditches and up/ down steps. He is adjustable and easy to get back after having a more open canter. He has also been to an arena eventing conpetition where he got the best dressage of the day and placed well overall!!

Solly is thoroughbred and does need a confident and experienced rider to get the best out of him.

Solly has no vices. He loads well in a trailer and is good to clip and shoe.

Solly currently lives out and has done for the 2 years. He much prefers living out so this set up in his new home would suit him best.

Solly has aural plaque and is therefore a little head shy. He is fine when his head is touched as long as you don’t touch his ears. I am able to get his bridle, headcollar and fly mask on with no issues.

Genuine reason for sale as current work commitments do not give me the time to get the best out of this lovely boy.

Price includes ideal impala jump saddle and bridle.

£3000 (price negotiable for the right home)

Home more important than price as this is a very hard sale.

Please contact my via WhatsApp or text before calling as I cannot take calls at work.

Description

Boris - approx 16.1, rising 6 year old cob gelding.
Lovely big cob with an adorable temperament.
Boris is a lovely type, hacks alone and in company, excellent in traffic inc Lorry’s/pushbikes big vehicles, and good in open spaces. Has hunted a season in Ireland and been on fun rides, Xc schooled and done lots of hacking.
He isn’t a dressage diva but would school up if someone was willing to put the work in on the flat. I think he’d prefer not to go in arena every day and enjoy some variety but a willing chap!
Super bold and brave over solid fences and knows that job well. Jumps hedges/walls/difches. Jumps poles/fillers, super honest and willing to give anything a go.
Proper allrounder/hunter/fun rides/beach ride type. I’d love to see him in a hacking/hunting/fun ride type home.
Very sweet, cuddly and calm temperament on the ground, he’s a proper labracob. Very easy to have around, well mannered, not a bargy cob and only wants to please.
Good to shoe, load, travel, clip. Needs to put a little weight on, the transport over knocked the condition off him a bit but coming along quickly.
Passed 5 stage vetting before import and now ready to find his own person.

£10,000

Description

Cassy is a stunning registered AES. She is beautifully marked and really stands out. I have owned Cassy for 2 years and have to accept that my quiet, private home with my other horse and shetland is not the right setting for her.
Last year circumstances changed and I now have very little time to devote to her as well as my other horse.
She came from a busy, large equestrian yard. She was stabled in a large barn with other horses and I understand why she would prefer this as there were always horses nearby. She thrives on being busy with lots of other horses around to ensure she doesn't become too attached.

Good points:
She is stunningly beautiful. Although she can be anxious she is a genuine mare.
Cassy has hacked out in company on the forest and lanes and has been very well behaved. I have hacked her out alone with a friend on foot.
She is excellent in traffic. She has seen everything the forest has to offer and whilst she will have a look she has coped with everything, pigs, cows, donkeys, ponies, even crab flies.
She needs a rider who is confident, kind, experienced and who is used to mares.
Cassy's flatwork is lovely; she has competed up to Elementary, she enjoys her work.
She has wonderful paces.
She has evented previously to at least BE 90 , I believe. She has massive scope. Jumping is not my thing but I have popped a few small jumps in the school and she enjoys it and is very sensible.
She loves pole work; anything that makes her think.
I have hacked her to two residential horse camps at a busy local yard and she loved it.
She is a powerful, impressive horse and I think she would possibly make a great hunt horse.
She is very good with the farrier.
Initially she was out all day and stabled at night. She prefers to live out as long as she has company and a good rug!

Not such good points:
Cassy has become nappy and this has affected quite a few things. She becomes attached to other horses.
She can be strong to handle on the ground at times but fine once tacked up.
In December she was treated for ulcers (not scoped). Her lifestyle and management here would not suggest ulcers however the vets and I thought she may have them as she started presenting with symptoms. She had a course of injections which has had a very positive impact.
She passed a 5 stage vetting when I bought her but noted she had been successfully treated some years previously for a few sarcoids between her back legs. They have not returned and cause absolutely no issues.
Cassy came here in a lorry and I was told she would load (in a lorry) if initially hesitant. I tried her with my trailer soon after she arrived and also in a lorry but couldn't load her. I think this is due to her nappy behaviour and she may load with other horses.

Other things to note:
She has recently started back in to work after the injections and suggested time off so hasn't done much over the winter. She has bucked a little when lunging which is not like her so she could be a bit weak behind after time off.
I haven't clipped her because I haven't needed to, her winter coat is quite fine. She had been clipped when I bought her.

This is a very difficult decision but I believe it's in her best interests as she needs far more than I can offer.

Due to the issues detailed above I am asking £6500 for her to include her custom made Louisa Cuomo dressage saddle (cost over £2000). The right home is imperative for this horse hence the lengthy , honest advert. Videos available if genuinely interested.

Description

Harley is a 15.1 8 year old gelding. Friesian x cob with a fine build.

I have had Harley since he was 4 and since he has shown heaps of potential and willing to learn.
He would excel in an all rounder home, eventing or hunter type.

He has beautiful paces and I have taken him to local shows, showjumping and working hunter trials, where we always come home with rosettes.
Harley is showing great potential jumping. Never phased and we have jumped up to 100cm with ease.
His flat work is coming along nicely but will need someone with knowledge in order to continue his education if you’d like to peruse this with him.
He will hack out alone and in company but, like most, prefers company.
He learns very quickly and will make a fantastic horse for someone that is willing to put in the time.
Harley is very affectionate and is always happy to see you. Super easy to catch and always comes over to you when you call. A very lovable boy.

He is good to clip and shoe (if a little fidgety) He will load and travel but can sometimes be stubborn about going in. Usually food works and he gets better with regular trailer work.

Harley is a wonderful horse but he can be headstrong on the ground. He’s never nasty but can get overexcited and or fed up with a mundane routine. This improves with consistent work.
Therefore he needs an active home that has the knowledge to handle him and also give him the time and consistency he needs. He is not a novice ride and a firm but patient hand is a must with him.

A knowledgeable, experienced home is essential and homes will be vetted. This is a very sad and difficult decision for me. Sale is only due to lack of time and plans to travel.

£7000

Please feel free to contact me with any further questions- no time wasters though please.
- please text, whatsapp or email me first if you’d like to talk on the phone due to difficult working hours I’m not always able to take calls.

I don't have a bad word to say.
Ottie would best suit a home with mixed activities anything from happy hacking to hunting, maybe a family share? This mare could do it all 💜

Warmblood Dark bay Mare 15 years 16.3 hands

Competed in British Dressage at Small Tour and has won Area Festivals at Prix St Georges and
Intermediate I, she is now looking for a step down and a more relaxed lifestyle. She jumps for fun, happily pops round 90cm - 1m.

Has been out showing and has been Champion each time out including winning the Rising Star Associate Riding Horse/Hack Qualifier and going on to be the Rising Star Associate Champion at the BSHA Spring Show. She also qualified for London International Horse, where she loved competing with the big atmosphere and crowd.

Hacks alone or in company, first or last, we regularly meet Tractors, Bin Lorries, School Buses/Coaches out hacking and cross the busy main road to get to the local gallops. Very polite in open spaces, will walk until you ask her to go quicker and happy to go through water.

Loves to work and enjoys a varied life, but is not for a complete novice. She has been ridden by 12 year old girl. She does not buck, rear, bolt and is vice free.

Good to box, shoe, clip, catch, can be lead in from field by 8 year old. Travels in Trailer and Lorry and will happily stand eating whilst in the Trailer/Lorry at shows.

Same home from a yearling and is a pleasure to do in every way and is only for sale as she wants a step down from high level dressage.

£12,500 ono. 10* Home more important than price. Videos on request.

Description

Beautiful kind mare who schools nicely and enjoys her jumping and hacking. I’ve had Tabasco for 6 years and have mainly been schooling and hacking her, but more recently started her jumping (which she clearly enjoys, her sire being Miley, a successful coloured showjumper). She is a very honest horse who always tries her best. Schools nicely and recently achieved second place in a novice dressage competition. Since my daughter stopped riding last year I’ve found my heart is not in it any more, plus I have some back issues which don’t respond well to riding, so I’ve decided to move her on as she is a lovely horse with so much to offer. Don’t be put off by her age, as she has relatively low mileage and is a resilient well-put together sort.
A good home is essential. Tabasco lives out with her companion 24/7 with a shelter, and is not really happy being stabled for any length of time, so an ideal home for her would offer plenty of turn-out and a not too busy life. She is a forward ride, though soft in the mouth and responsive, with good brakes. Will go in front or behind, alone or in company. She is quite sensitive, neither sharp nor spooky but not really a novice ride. Never bucked nor reared. Travels well, calm at shows, good for the farrier. Good in traffic, including tractors (we live on a farm). Up to date with jabs. Would enjoy a riding club type of home, being ridden 3 or 4 times a week by a rider not exceeding 10 stone (due to her age), with some flatwork to keep her muscles strong, ideally with a friend to hack out with. Ideal mother-daughter/son share, as does not get silly or fresh even after not being taken out for a while.
Would consider a LWVTB (with the possibility of coming back to our farm for her retirement).
Priced to sell at £4250 including extremely comfortable, well-fitting Jeffries GP saddle and a good bridle, plus good quality rugs.

This sweet natured TB is working well on the flat , has a lovely jump and would excel in any sphere .

Jumping 1 meter easily at home and has been out jumping 80 and 90’s.

He’s very much a project still due to time by me and not being able to get him out competing as much as I would like .

He’s not a novice ride due to the fact he needs educating further and an experienced rider to bring him on further.

He’s got a great jump and lovely paces and will make a cracking teenagers /riding club horse .

Description

Due to my daughter losing interest and financial reasons I am forced to sell our 16.1hh Hannovarian x thoroughbred Willoughby.
He is a joy to handle on the ground. Good to shoe, clip, load, vet, teeth, doesn’t bite or kick and will stand by the trailer sensibly.

Wills is very bold x country and has taken part in counter trails, being place each time. He has completed in ode’s etc.
Hacks alone or in company.
Good with cars, bikes, tractors etc.
He is however forward going, not needing a lot of leg. Can be strong but my 16 year old daughter can pull him up and can have his moments.
He would require a quiet, patient rider who would bring him back into full work. We have turned him out and hacked or lunged only.
Bridle and some rugs available.

Running with Eric - Eric
16.3hh
Thoroughbred (eligible for RoR)
9 years old
Bay gelding

Eric is the most incredible horse we have had the pleasure of owning for the last two years. He has the most incredible personality, loves a fuss and behaves like a large Labrador!

- hacks alone and in company sensibly
- super to catch
- loads and travels in a lorry and trailer
- schools nicely, canter needs balance work and he can sometimes get distracted if not kept busy. This improves with regular schooling, at the moment he is mostly hacking
- has popped small fences calmly however this is not our interest so hasn’t done much
- up to date with jabs, physio, farrier (cold shod) etc.

Eric has previously raced and competed in P2P. He retired in 2021 due to a tendon injury, post injury he was given stem cell treatment and a year off work. He was rehabbed and brought back into work carefully and slowly in Feb 2023 with no reoccurring issues.

£4000 Ono . Fitted saddle, bridle and some rugs available at separate negotiation. Loads of extra photos and videos available!

Description

Thoroughbred, 15’2 (ish), Gelding, 6 years old
This is a very hard decision to make but I am financially forced to sell due to personal circumstances

Stoic is a lovely boy inside and out, not a bad bone in his body. He has come from polo and I have taught him to ride with two hands, light schooling and jump. He is a massive people pleaser and will try his heart out at anything. He is not lazy, but he’s also not silly. Responsive but not strong, will be suited to a mother/child share or someone learning polo, he came from a high goal player and wasn’t hot enough for this player. Will hack alone and in company. He has been mainly hacking through the winter so isn’t as fit as he was in the summer but he is the type you don’t sit on for weeks and you can get straight on. He can be turned out with anything and left in field if others are being ridden. Lots of videos and more pictures on request.

Please no time wasters, only enquire if you’re serious
£5500 but open to reasonable offers if correct home comes up.

16.2hh
Gelding
By Wish Upon a Star
Chestnut
Rising 8yrs this year

George is a really super horse, very very sad sale....... ideally I am looking for someone who loves hacking.

He is a well built 16.2hh Chestnut gelding who was bought for my daughter but sadly she now has another horse and George isn't getting the attention he needs.

He is super to hack alone or in company!
He has 3 lovely balanced, rhythmical paces....
Super to catch
Will live in or out happily
He is green to jump but has a huge amount of potential over a fence
Loads and travels well

We have taken George out to clinics and arena hires he has never put a foot wrong. There really is nothing not to like about him!

My ideal home is to find someone who loves hacking and wants a bestfriend type as I absolutely adore him but we have too many horses and need to sell some.

He was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis in his right hock which has been treated and he has done the rehab.....he is ready to up his work load now. The vet said this is not something which should stop his career but with this in mind I would ideally like him to find a new bestfriend who would ideally love loads of hacking and lower level stuff.

So don't delay, come and meet wonderful George who is just lovely.

This is reflected in his price to try and secure him a home for life and find the right type of person.

£5,500

Description

Lilly - approx 15.3, rising 5 year old (2020) ISH mare. Traditional Irish breeding, all recorded by Imperial Tiger (Puissance grandsire) out of a lovely ISH mare.
Lilly is a beautiful mare and a lovely mover. She’d easily go on to do pure dressage, showjump/event or just a classy allrounder.
Riding sweetly for her age and has been done carefully and not overproduced for sale.
Attended training shows and arena hires, introduced to XC fences. Hacks alone and in company and has been good in the traffic we’ve met.
Popping a little course of fences and isn’t worried by fillers/water trays. She has tons of scope to play with once she’s a bit further along in her education. She’s a brave little mare and a super fast learner. Easy to take out and about and doesn’t get stupid going to new places. She only wants to please and is a lovely young horse to produce on. Still needs some time taken to strengthen up and would benefit from a home that’s willing to take their time to let her grow (which she is currently doing!) and not rush her. She’s in a good place in her education and if done right, is the horse of a lifetime for someone.
Incredibly kind and sweet on the ground - I can’t stress this enough! Loves a fuss and will stand for hours to be pampered, she really just wants to be your best friend.
Good to catch/load/tack up/wash off/clip/shoe.
please WhatsApp for videos - 07581238106.
£6500
Passed a 5 stage vetting before import and ready to find her perfect person.
If you call and I don’t answer please send a text and I’ll call back.
Located Farnham Surrey.

*price reduced for two reasons! Firstly an icy yard related accident meaning we are short staffed and need to cut down.
*secondly, Lilly is having a growth spurt. She’s a bit weak behind (just typical gangly baby!) and needs someone who is able to take their time to build her up and they will have a super horse for reasonable money. Quick sale needed now unfortunately.

15.3hh rising 6yo chocolate dun gelding Connemara x ID

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zc-FyILmT-w

He is excellent to catch, good for farrier and load/travel in all vehicles - sometimes has a think about it but has never not gone in.

He is currently barefoot with good feet, snaffle mouthed and up to date with everything. Lives in or out. Clean legs, no vices and open to vetting.

Loves hacking alone/in company and has done lessons/clinics and a local show, winning his class and where he behaved impeccably. Has seen coloured poles and has done XC, which he loved.

He is at a lovely training yard with good trial facilities, where they will be continuing his training including SJ and hunting.

We are looking for a an experienced home for him and have no doubt he will become a fantastic all rounder/competition type. He is still young and a little green so wouldn't be suitable for a complete novice.

He is being reluctantly sold only due to owners house move/renovations and lack of time to continue bringing on a young horse. £9250 offers considered or would possibly loan with view to buy to the right home

💫 JOLLY JUPITER

REDUCED DUE TO MINOR VETTING FAILURE ON FLEXIONS

Introducing the most gorgeous gelding EVER!!!!

GJE is selling Jack on behalf of a client.

He loves to jump & is super bold easily jumping 1m+ on a balanced consistent rhythm He has lovely flat work! Competent of being able to complete changes and extensive knowledge on the flat for anybody wanting a school master who will show them the ropes safely.
An absolutely amazing hack alone and in company and just a dude to have on the yard.

Amazing with other horses and just generally easy to manage in every way!

Snaffle mouthed and great for the farrier. Up to date with worming, physio, vaccines and farrier.

I’ve know this lovely horse for a few years now and passed a 5 stage vetting with x-rays 3 years ago, however in a recent vetting he’s displaying 1/10ths lameness after flexions. Therefore will not pass a vetting. Vets have advised hock injections and these have been completed. Therefore this gorgeous school master has been reduced from £12.5k to £5k to accommodate for this.

For sale only because owner looking to step down from horses of his ability now and feels he would be wasted and bored with her.

Vet records available on request and he’s available for viewings

Currently 14.3hh rising 6years old. Five panel tested (by parentage). By Toys Dun Starr, out of Unzip a Chip. Rare opportunity to acquire a stunning Quarter horse who has been brought on slowly. Great groundwork skills. Has been led from other horses, been started under western tack (snaffle bridle), been hacked out and taken to clinics. Often turned out on his own and with company. Excellent stable manners, good for farrier. An intelligent horse who is quick to learn, will need an experienced rider to bring out his talent in your chosen sphere. Has very smooth and comfy paces, not bouncy! Looking for a first class knowledgeable home . Videos available. Transport can be arranged . Serious enquiries only. £12,500
